Counseling services focus on emotional and behavioral concerns related life changes for seniors as well as their adult children.. Our therapists at this time are offering only telehealth counseling sessions due to the Coronavirus. It is done as a video session on a secure HIPAA web site.

Services include an in-person assessment, a home environment safety evaluation, and advocacy in the medical community developing an individual care plan. The personalized care plan highlights available options for continued healthcare needs, further rehabilitation, changes in living arrangements, and home health and caregiver choices. We specialize in leveraging federal, state, and local resources. Our care managers assess eligibility and process applications to maximize care options from many sources including but not limited to Medicare, Social Security, veterans benefits and Texas Medicaid.
The initial assessment is completed with the individual in his or her current environment (private home, hospital, rehab center, assisted living, nursing facility).
Activities are accrued in 15 minute increments
